Maryland Institute College of Art's Multi Media event is an annual experimental fashion show and performance held by the MICA Fiber Department. HEATSPELL announces the return of the in-person show amidst the covid pandemic. 

Given the concept of reignition and rekindling, HEATSPELL’s brand identity is inspired by both traditional and modern design elements. Visual references include a variety of material from medieval monograms, ornate frames and illuminated manuscripts. Each designer’s collection has been assigned specific type and framing devices that reflect their own unique character, with the goal of honoring their hardwork and dedication to their craft.
